- Add pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
- Pour in fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Fill the glass with filtered water (room temperature preferred).
- Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Drink slowly first thing in the morning, or 30 minutes before meals.
- For under-the-tongue use, skip water and place a pinch of salt directly under the tongue at night.
