Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon fine pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar with the mother – optional
  • 8 oz filtered water

Equipment

  • 1 glass or cup (8–10 oz)
  • 1 measuring teaspoon
  • Stirring spoon
  • Optional: citrus juicer

Method
 

  1. Add pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
  2. Pour in fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Fill the glass with filtered water (room temperature preferred).
  4. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  5. Drink slowly first thing in the morning, or 30 minutes before meals.
  6. For under-the-tongue use, skip water and place a pinch of salt directly under the tongue at night.
