Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • ¼ teaspoon fine Himalayan pink salt
  • Juice from 1 lemon optional
  • 1 –2 slices of cucumber or fresh mint optional, for flavor

Method
 

  1. Pour the filtered water into a clean mason jar or glass.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon fine Himalayan pink salt.
  3. (Optional) Squeeze in the juice from one lemon for extra flavor and vitamin C.
  4. (Optional) Add a slice of cucumber or fresh mint for a refreshing twist.
  5. Stir well until salt is fully dissolved.
