Baked Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place the uncooked chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, tossing to coat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
Grilled Method
- Create a marinade by mixing the sauce ingredients, reserving about 1/4 of it for basting later.
- Marinate the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) in the remaining sauce.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high and thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.
