Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder grass-fed, clean
  • ¼ cup cold water for blooming
  • ¼ cup warm water or herbal tea not boiling
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt stevia, cinnamon, or matcha

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix gelatin with cold water to bloom. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat water or tea until warm (not boiling). Pour over bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice, ACV, and optional flavorings. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into molds or container. Chill in fridge for 10–15 minutes until set.
  5. Eat 1–2 pieces 10–15 minutes before meals to curb appetite.
