- In a bowl, mix gelatin with cold water to bloom. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat water or tea until warm (not boiling). Pour over bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice, ACV, and optional flavorings. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into molds or container. Chill in fridge for 10–15 minutes until set.
- Eat 1–2 pieces 10–15 minutes before meals to curb appetite.
