  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast Cut into bite-sized chunks
Butter Sauce Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Slightly softened
  • 4 cloves garlic Finely minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Or your favorite herb mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the butter, stirring until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken to the skillet in batches, cooking until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside, leaving any brown bits in the pan.
  3. Return all chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce, and heat through.
