Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • - 1 cup granola
  • - 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • - 1 cup blueberries
  • - 1 tablespoon honey optional

  • - Mixing spoon
  • Cutting board
  • - Paring knife

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries. Rinse blueberries. Set fruit aside.
  2. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each glass jar.
  3. Top yogurt with a layer of strawberries and blueberries, then sprinkle with granola.
  4. Repeat the yogurt, fruit, and granola layers until the jars are filled.
  5. Drizzle with honey if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Notes

- Use any fruit you like: raspberries, peaches, mango, or bananas work well.
- Make parfaits ahead for meal prep—just keep the granola separate until serving to maintain crunch.
