  • 1 fillet Salmon fillet Fresh or frozen, grilled
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce Washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Croutons Store-bought or homemade
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Base for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce For additional flavor
  • Salt to taste Salt Season to your preference
  • Pepper to taste Black pepper Freshly ground preferred

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Dressing
  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and dressing, tossing until evenly coated.
  2. Plate the dressed lettuce and top with grilled salmon and croutons.
