Ingredients
  

  • 1 pinch ⅛ tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • Juice of ¼ lemon
  • Optional: pinch of cream of tartar for potassium boost

Equipment

  • Glass (8–12 oz)
  • Spoon or measuring scoop (⅛ tsp)

Method
 

  1. Place a pinch of Celtic salt under your tongue.
  2. Let it dissolve for 30–60 seconds.
  3. Swallow and drink 8 oz filtered water immediately.
  4. Add lemon juice to your water for digestion support.
  5. Optionally, mix in cream of tartar for added electrolytes.
  6. Wait 10–15 minutes before eating or drinking coffee
