  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor
  • 1 lemon Juice and zest For maximum flavor
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Adjust according to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano Mediterranean variety preferred

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, and oregano.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
